I would like to dedicate this month to Mental Healthy matters. This being a transition month in my life, I would like to encourage you to be very keen on your mental health.

Mental health is becoming a real issue in Africa even though we are still trying to play catch up and bury our heads in the sand at the same time. Days are gone when we could blame mental problems or disorders on witchcraft, we have to look inside and evaluate how we deal with life issues. Again we also have to look at our loved ones, encourage and challenge them to take care of their mental health.

At the end of the day, our mental health matters.
